A key to a successful two-handed backhand is engaging your non-dominant hand to swing through the ball. Think of the non-dominant or top hand on this stroke as the “driver” and the bottom hand as the “passenger."  If you are a right-hander, practice hitting lefty forehands with your left hand placed on the top of grip, as you would when hitting two-handed backhand. Finish with the left elbow pointing across the net. Alternate hitting lefty forehands and two-handed backhands to feel how your non dominant hand can help drive your two-handed backhand.
